We created the “Fiocco Points” customer rewards program as a way for us to reward the loyalty of our clients.
Every year we publish a rich catalog with over 150 items in different categories offered as a reward (such as tableware and kitchenware, as well as household items, wellbeing, gardening, games, leisure or even high-tech) from which one can choose: the system is extremely simple, the points are accumulated throughout the year through purchases of the products involved in the initiative; the more points one collects, the more prestigious the reward.
It has proven to be increasingly successful in the past few years. It is a clever, practical, and effective way to incentivize our customer base and has also become a very useful tool in reinforcing the collaborative relationship between all those involved.
